The Best Caesar event is held in conjunction with the PEI Shellfish Festival. Open any working bartender employed at a Prince Edward Island Restaurant.  Must be legal drinking age. (19+) 

Competition takes place Thursday, September 15th in the evening at Peakes Quay Restaurant & Bar .  Top three (3) contestants must be available to participate in the finals held Friday evening in the 'Big White Tent.'

Drinks will be judged on the following criteria: Appearance, Originality, Garnish, Shellfish Relevance and Taste.

In the event of a tie, the tie-breaker will default to best marks in taste, Shellfish relevance, then Originality.

Mott's Clamato will supply each contestant with the following ingredients: Clamato/Vodka and ReaLemon/Lime. Glassware, all other ingredients and products are the responsibility of each bartending participant.
