Tempt your taste buds with the shellfish culinary delights served up daily in the Culinary Institute of Canada Food Pavilion (connected to the Festival Main Tent). The Food Pavilion will offer festival goers a more upscale culinary experience, featuring interactive PEI Shellfish Demonstrations presented by the chefs & students from the renowned Culinary Institute of Canada. It’s your chance to learn from the pros!!

Food PavalionThe following PEI Shellfish Demonstrations will be offered in The Culinary Institute of Canada Food Pavilion: Cooking with PEI Clams, World Famous PEI Mussel Demo featuring Mott’s Clamato, Cooking with PEI Oysters, PEI Lobster Demo and A Culinary Approach to Shellfish. The Keep on Shucking with Frank’s Red Hot® Oyster Shucking Demos will also take place in the Food Pavilion daily. Click to view demo times.

The Culinary Institute of Canada has been training aspiring chefs since 1983 and is regarded by many as the premiere culinary school in Canada. Since opening its doors in 1983 with its first class of 6 students, The Culinary Institute of Canada has graduated over 750 chefs who can now be found working in locations all over the world.

* Festival Food Vouchers will be accepted in the Food Pavilion. Admission is charged at the door and includes admittance to the Main Festival Tent and the Food Pavilion.
